Respectfully request information to test and verify the FOTA function. For over 6 years, we have had Lanner purchase and install Quectel EC21-V modules into our digital signage media players.
According to other posts and replies, we need to contact our local FAE to request the zip file for testing and verifying the FOTA function. I have contacted support@quectel.com with the same request.
