Update firmware request

I have 8 EC25-E modules (revision: EC25EFAR06A02M4G) that are connected to Bananapi M2Ultra using 2 sysmoQMOD evaluation kits and the current running OS is Armbian 23.8.3 bookworm. please regarding my configuration, provide me the latest module firmware update with the required instrument to upgrade.

I don’t quite understand what problem you want to solve by upgrading to the latest version. Can you help explain it?

I have a problem with FTP GET or PUT connection speed which is slow in comparison to reality. I think it gets better with upgrading to the latest version.

steps that I did:

upload your sent zip file into my FTP server.
enter AT command as :
AT+QFOTADL="FTP://<username>:<password>@10.176.85.73:21/Upload/mp/EC25EFAR06A15M4G_20.002.20.002.zip"
I got the response below:

OK

+QIND: "FOTA","FTPSTART"

+QIND: "FOTA","FTPEND",601     // FTP unknown error

and also i tried:

AT+QFOTADL="https://uploadkon.ir/uploads/663528_23EC25EFAR06A15M4G-20-002-20-002.zip"

but the problem still persists and the response is:

OK

+QIND: "FOTA","HTTPSTART"

+QIND: "FOTA","HTTPEND",701  // HTTP(S) unknown error
