Unable to update firmware

I have this module:

I am trying to update the firmware to the latest version using the Windows QGNSS V2 software.

When I start the upload it asks me to reset the unit.

I have tried connecting the RST pin to ground for 1 second but nothing happens.
How do I start the firmware upload?

To operate the reset command (for the fw upgrade) on Mozihao boards, you need to ground pin_8 manually only for few seconds until qgnss_flash_tool_upgrade says ok, as the RST_ttl pin is not connected,I used the probe tester. [Reset_Quectel_LC29H_Series_Hardware_Design_V1.2.pdf]
