Dear Quectel Support Team,
We are trying to send PAIR commands to the LC76G(AB) GNSS module through QGNSS V2.4, but we are not receiving the expected acknowledgement from the module.
Module details:
Module: LC76G(AB)
Tool: QGNSS V2.4
COM Port: COM14
Baud Rate: 115200
The module is connected successfully, and we are receiving normal GNSS/NMEA output such as:
$GNGGA…
$GNRMC…
$GNGSA…
$GPGSV…
However, when we send the command:
$PAIR002*38
we do not receive the expected acknowledgement:
$PAIR001,002,0*39
We also tried sending:
$PAIR472*3B
but we are not receiving the expected response:
$PAIR001,472,0*3A
Instead, we are seeing repeated messages like:
$PAIR001,607,4*3E
Could you please guide us on the correct procedure to send PAIR commands to the LC76G module through QGNSS V2.4?
Please confirm:
-
Whether
$PAIR002*38and$PAIR472*3Bare supported on LC76G(AB). -
Whether any specific QGNSS settings are required, such as checksum mode, CRLF suffix, or protocol package settings.
-
Whether PAIR commands should be sent through QGNSS Com Tool or another Quectel tool such as QCOM.
-
Why the module is returning
$PAIR001,607,4*3Ewhen we are sending$PAIR002*38or$PAIR472*3B. -
Whether any firmware/version dependency is involved for EPO/AGNSS command support.
We have attached the QGNSS log screenshot for your reference.
Kindly guide us on how to proceed.
