Unable to get Voltage at USIM_VDD in EC200U-CN

Hello everyone,

I have designed a PCB for EC200U-CN module for my project according to the hardware design guideline files. Module is getting detected via USB but the voltage at USIM_VDD is 0V even when the SIM Card is present.

SIM card schematic design is no problem, according to the AT command can not identify the card, it is recommended to switch SIM card to try, check whether the contact is poor.
