Hello @busadhruv

is it possible you might be missing a dot in the APN? According to this article the APN is airtelgprs.com. You seem to have set it to airtelgprs com.

Thanks
Felix

NO i didn’t missed that dot in actual command.
I am new to this so when i post this article it is showing that new user can’t paste more then one link so that’s why..

Hello @busadhruv

ok, I see. Well, the first time it can take several minutes for the modem to scan all frequencies and search for a provider.

Have you considered to issue AT+COPS=? - this should give you a list of available providers in your region. (This command also takes quite some time.)

Thanks
Felix

P.S. Yes, I understand, I ran into the ‘can only post twice to a given topic’ rule myself.

here is two outcomes from different places
but didn’t find Airtel.

1) AT+COPS=?
AT+COPS=?
+COPS: (3,“IND-JIO”,“JIO”,“405857”,9),(0,1,2,3,4),(0,1,2)
OK
2

Hello @busadhruv

Ok, so your first scan result:
+COPS: (3,“IND-JIO”,“JIO”,“405857”,9) means: 3 - operator forbidden; 9 - NB-IoT

Your second scan results:
+COPS: (3,“Vi India”,“Vi India”,“40405”,0) means: 3 - operator forbidden; 0 - GSM
+COPS: (3,“CellOne”,“CellOne”,“40457”,0) means: 3 - operator forbidden; 0 - GSM
+COPS: (1,“IND-JIO”,“JIO”,“405857”,9) means: 1 - operator available; 9 - NB-IoT

So I am a bit confused as IND-JIO in the first scan signals forbidden and in the second scan signals available.

I think you might need to verify to which provider your SIM card is allowed to connect to.

Thanks
Felix

P.S. I probably will hit the post limit for new users in this topic with this post as well.

So first scan result has been done at different place as compare to second one. so, is this reason that showing at forbidden and available and above results are shownig that bg95 module finds the available network in my area.

Thanks
Dhruv

Now close this discussion here i found issue where antenna is not properly connected that’s why the BG-95 module didn’t capture proper network signal Now i connect the antenna properly and everything works fine for me..
