Udhcpc: No lease, failing Using EC25 at NanoPi R2C

I used NanoPi R2C with EC25 at ubuntu OS. I have installed the quectel-CM and added udhcpc script without the "resolv.conf " error message. But I still also failed to get the IP

May anyone can help? Thanks
