Hi N_N,

It is required that the junction capacitance of TVS in the active antenna circit can NOT be more than 0.6pF.

Hi! We use ESD9101P2T5G Onsemiconductor with L26-T module. But it is for a higher voltage - 7V.

I see ESD9101P2T5G has working voltage 5 and breakdown 7V.
I will try to find with working 3.3V and breakdown ~5V

Hi，

It is recommended that TVS VRWM is a little higher than module operating voltage. And the value of junction capacitance should refer to Hardware Design.
