Trouble Leaving PSM with BG95-M3

I’m having some issues with canceling or removing myself from PSM.
Often times even after turning off PSM, my devices (tested only multiple BG95-M3) will re-enter PSM mode.
Often to get out of PSM mode, I have to spam AT+CPSMS=0 or AT+QPSMS=0 repeatedly.

Checking the status is not guaranteed either that I am fully out of PSM, as It appears that I can enter PSM again at any moment.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is happened on QuecOpen solution or Standard solution? probably you called PSM API?
please help check this firstly.

I don’t know that I fully understand the question as I am unsure what QuecOpen is.
This is happening when just using PSM via AT commands with a BG95-M3. The above was run via a serial connection to the device.
