TLS Session resumption and reading the cache

We have EG21GLGD on our board.
Our devices run on a battery, to save power we turn off the EG21GLGD after all messages got send to back end. To save data we would like to take advantage of the session resumption feature.
Before turn off the EG21GLGD,
Is there a way to retrieve Session ID or ticket cache and save it in our local memory, so it could be used when we want to send the messages next time?

Sorry, I didn’t quite understand what you meant. Even if it’s possible to do so, it doesn’t seem to achieve the goal of saving electricity.
