I need the exact QuecOpen C SDK, compatible QFlash tool and original
EC200UCNAAR03A09M08 recovery .pac firmware.

My internal application requires:

  1. Incoming voice-call detection and automatic answering
  2. Far-end in-call WAV playback equivalent to AT+QPSND
  3. Incoming DTMF detection for 4, 5 and 6
  4. Incoming and outgoing SMS
  5. UART communication with Arduino Uno
  6. Non-volatile language storage

Please also confirm the exact build target name for EC200U-CN-AA and
provide the relevant voice, audio, DTMF, SMS, UART and AT-command examples.
