Is there any trick to get several IoT units to syncronice time. Eg can the GMS signal be used and get
timestamp in several units be very precise (below ms level).

What is the model of module you are using? Can you use AT+QGMR to check?
For me the modem is not very important. The question is on what level can I get time accurasy.
There is a NTP command (in most modem) but if I use several devices, in an IoT system, on what
level are they syncronized? 1s 1ms or 1us?
Or is there any way to use frames from the mobile network to get better accuracy?
