Time information error +CME ERROR: 508 when injecting UTC time

I m using EG21-G module and i want to use XTRAGPS for improving its TTFF.
And when i give it UTC time, it gives error +CME ERROR: 508

AT+QGPSXTRATIME=0,“2024/24/02,08:12:06”,1,1,3500
+CME ERROR: 508
