The SC200L module reset after flash new firmware

Hi everyone
I have a SC200L module that runs well with Android default (Android 10 pre-installed in the module upon purchase). Then I compile Android 12 and flash image into the module. After successfully flash, i restarted the module, it was reset.
Is there any way to find the cause of the reset and how to fix this problem?

I want to know that whether the Android12 baseline is got form Quectel?
If so, do you have our E-service system account?
