Why does this says NOCONN?
The modem receives data now. But serving cell says NOCONN. further more it doesn’t connect to CA

That’s normal for packet-mode sessions. What you don’t have is a circuit-switched connection. They are potentially available on 2G and 3G only.
Does the RG500Q-AE support LTE CA with B41 as the serving cell? I can’t find a spec with the CA combinations.
Does your provider support CA on B41 with the cell you’re camped on?
Hi, When I run AT+CREG? it returns following
AT+CREG?
+CREG: 0,3
OK
According to reference manual 3 means registration denied.
However, when I run AT+CEREG? it returns,
AT+CEREG?
+CEREG: 0,1
OK
Which means Registered Home network.
I don’t understand why. Any help to clarify is highly appreciated.

+CEREG is the command specifically for 4G/LTE, just as +C5GREG is for 5G/NR.
See 3GPP 27.007, section 7.2.
