Teltonika RUTX11 missing EC25-EC Firmware

I am experiencing an issue with my Quectel EC12-EC modem module, which is installed in a Teltonika RUTX11 router.

After a firmware update, the modem stopped working and is no longer recognized by the system. I have tried troubleshooting and researching solutions, but I believe I may need to manually load new firmware onto the modem module.

Can you provide guidance or support on how to use QFlash or other tools to upgrade the firmware on my EC12-EC modem module?

Module: EC25-EC Q1-A2082 EC25ECGA-128-SNNS
Currently running: RUTX_R_00.07.12

The module is a EG06-E Q1-A5480 EG06ELA-512-SGA.

There is a Guide in QFlash. If you need to upgrade the firmware, please provide the current firmware.
