TCP and IP header/packet size

Hello
Can you please inform me about the actual size of a tcp packet assuming I want to send 10bytes of data to a TCP server (TCP header size IP header size)

BG95 is a TCP client in direct push mode

Hi

Please just reference TCP/IP protocol, as i know the tcp hader is 20bytes-40bytes.

Thanks for the reply. Consider it solved. I used wireshark to look at header size and the total size of an ack tcp packet (tcp and ip headers) send by BG95M5 is 54bytes. Thanks anyway
