I would like to query about switching to 5G network in RG520N.
The current operator is:
+COPS: (1,“IND-JIO”,“JIO”,“405862”,12),(2,“JIO”,“JIO”,“405862”,7),(3,“Vi India”,“Vi India”,“40419”,7),(3,“CellOne”,“CellOne”,“40472”,2),(0-4),(0-2)
The Modem is automatically switching to LTE technology. So I forced to switch into 5G using the command:
AT+COPS=1,1,“JIO”,12
But it doesn’t give any service for 5G.
Even if I tried to switch via AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref”,NR5G command, it is also not enabling the 5G service.
What can be the issue? I had switched to 5G in the same module using AT+QNWPREFCFG command before.
