Strange temperature reading RM500Q-AE

My RM500Q-AE is consistently reporting the qfe_wtr_pa2 temperature as -273. Does this impact modem behavior? I’m not seeing anything out of the ordinary at the moment, but have only just begun testing this modem in bench rigs.

Full output:
AT+QTEMP
+QTEMP:“qfe_wtr_pa0”,“46”
+QTEMP:“qfe_wtr_pa1”,“46”
+QTEMP:“qfe_wtr_pa2”,“-273”

Thank you

-273°C = 0°K = absolute zero.

I wouldn’t worry about it, but interestingly with the same firmware I get:

AT+CGMM
RM500Q-AE
OK
AT+CGMR
RM500QAEAAR11A02M4G
OK
AT+QTEMP
+QTEMP:"qfe_wtr_pa0","40"
+QTEMP:"qfe_wtr_pa1","0"
+QTEMP:"qfe_wtr_pa2","0"
+QTEMP:"qfe_wtr_pa3","0"
+QTEMP:"aoss0-usr","39"
+QTEMP:"mdm-q6-usr","40"
+QTEMP:"ipa-usr","40"
+QTEMP:"cpu0-a7-usr","39"
+QTEMP:"mdm-5g-usr","39"
+QTEMP:"mdm-vpe-usr","39"
+QTEMP:"mdm-core-usr","39"
+QTEMP:"xo-therm-usr","36"
+QTEMP:"sdx-case-therm-usr","37"
OK

So +273°K for me.
