SSL Error in EC200U

I’m trying to send HTTPS POST from Quectel EC200U using AT commands from Qnavigator and Qcom tools. Though HTTP works, HTTPS is not working. "AT+QIOPEN=1,0,“SSL”,“httpbin.org”,443,0,1
