SPRD U2S diag mode (RM500U-CN module) - need firmware please

Changing various parameters on RM500U-CN with AT+QCFG command, and on rebooting all the COM ports have gone and only SPRD U2S Diag port is visible, and that goes after a few seconds…

I think this means the module is in bootloader mode?
In which case I can maybe re-flash, but I don’t have current firmware for this module.

PLEASE can I be sent the current firmware for RM500U-CN?

Can I flash my router to the latest firmware by the port “SPRD U2S diag” ?
If it possible, please tell me how?
My router model is: NR500-EA
My firmware version is: RG500UEAABxCOMSLICv3.2.2543.12.18

If Windows, you can download QFlash from website and try to upgrade with SPRD U2S diag.
