Is SPI supported on EC200A-EU by Quec Python?

If yes, is it possible to simultaneously interact with EC200A-EU by both AT Command and Quec Python?

Quec Python is not supported in the standard version.

But in this link, it is said that EC200A can use SPI.
Is it possible that the EC200A-EU series cannot use SPI?
