SMS sending issue in EG91-NA

Hi,
We are using EG91-NA module in our design. We are testing the module in India and used 4G JIO LTE SIM card.
We have successfully did ping test with google and data transfer is also working.
I am getting Error-350 while sending SMS from module to our mobile.
Can you please suggest and confirm is SMS service will work in EG91-NA at India.

Thank you for the infomation.

Regarding the SMS service, you need to contact the operator. The module is only responsible for sending the SMS to the network, but cannot decide whether the network handles it.

In this case we need to analyze logs of the module, Please contact our local FAE to get the log tool and they will help to analyze the reason. I’m not sure if your firmware is the latest one,so first you will get the latest firmware from local FAE and upgrade the module. You also can send email to support@quectel.com to get the support from local FAE. Thanks!
