SimLock 1 No SIM Error on RM500Q-AE for T-mobile R15

I kept having issues to where I’ll ping out, whether I’m using ethernet or usb 3.0 connection, thats not the issue, its when the modem restarts on its own using watchdog, it doesnt always fully detect my sim card, so I would have to restart my whole router just to get my modem to work again. Its been like this for 6 months and its getting very annoying. I kept asking for any latest update for the modem with no response and apparently its more complicated then I first thought. So heres what i have here,

You need to look at this from the modem perspective, what you show is a result of some 3rd-party connection script that has nothing to do with Quectel.
Check with at+cpin? for example.

This means that the SIM card is unlocked and there are currently no problems or errors with accessing it.

Quectel RM500Q-AE do not need to use the usb modeswitch.
