I’m trying to find a way of accessing SimCom7080G modem debug logs, but I’m unable to find the right software.
I’ve read that it could be done with the CATStudio software. Does anyone have access / link to it? I need to access the logs of my SIM7080G modem as it won’t connect to the network (I have the correct SIM card, with both LTE-M and NB-IoT bands), and my provider said that they can’t diagnose it without the logs…

The documentation I’ve found says that CATStudio supports this module anyway, but I can’t find it anywhere on the Internet. Do you have access to this program? I would like to at least try to use it. Without it, I’m completely stuck…

this module has Qualcomm MDM9205 chipset.
If you are able to access the diagnostic port of your module, you might try to use QCSuper to take a look at the layer 3 massages of your device.
