SIM not working on RM502Q-AE

I’ve two SIM cards one from Orange France and another one from Orange Spain. I’ve no issues using the French SIM but when putting the Spanish one it doesn’t connect. Spoke with the carrier they mentioned the sim is not limited or restricted at all. Tried different APN without success.

Those are the responses to some commands:

To clarify the CSQ same placement same module changing sim to the other one works.

Once the sim is inserted into an iPhone if works flawlessly.

Update: tried another Orange Spain SIM and same result. Works on phone not on module.

Dear @oriol
Please query your current firmware via AT+QGMR.
And use AT+QMBNCFG=“list” to check the activated MBN with different SIM card.

After change SIM card, did you execute AT+CFUN=0/At+CFUN=1 to trigger registeration.

The SIM card swap was made with power cycle. power off - swap - power on

Dear @oriol
So the two SIM card use the same mbn, right?

Please try to test with newer firmware.
