Sim not detected ep06

Hi my sim is not detected in an EP06 module I’m wondering is it is related to firmware installed on the module or is there some other possible reason?

  1. Check if the SIM card is inserted reversely. There are many types of SIM card holders on the market, and some SIM card holders do not have foolproof marks.
  2. Replace the SIM card that is confirmed to be normal. The SIM card may be damaged during long-term insertion and removal.
  3. Press the SIM card holder to prevent poor contact between the SIM card holder shrapnel and the SIM card.
