SGMII Interface Testing

Hi everyone, I would like test the SGMII of cellular modules. For example the SGMII interface of EC25. I should to make a circuit with PYH Ethernet connected to the SGMII and Test Internet throught the RJ45.
Do you know if there is a EVB or a DemoBoard with SGMII signals already connected to the PYH ethernet (with RJ45), for a quick setup and rapid Test?

We have EVB development boards with SGMII sockets that can be tested with SGMII and PHY modules. You can buy and use.
