Setup LTE and GPRS on BG95-M3 Mini PCIe

I am new to BG95_Mini_PCIe I want to setup internet connection on it.
Could you please guide on this?
Which firmware I have to flash and which AT command I have to use.

I think the default configuration could be register to network if SIM is good.
or you can reference follow command:
AT+QCFG=“nwscanmode”,x
AT+QCFG=“band”,“GSM_Band”,“CATM_Band”,“NB_Band”
AT+QCFG=“iotopmode”,x
