after i do the command
the modem isn’t connect to the network and i can’t change this command to 1,1 or 2,1. it’s stuck with 0 when i run the command

what i can do?

You can check whether the module is registered with PS domain and AT+CREG through AT+CEREG? Check whether the module is marked with CS domain. Also need to query AT+QCFG=“nwscanmode” to prevent the module from locking a certain network mode.

Its not working.
no matter which AT command i did: AT+QCFG=“servicedomain”,1,1 ot AT+QCFG=“servicedomain”,2,1 or AT+QCFG=“nwscanmode”,3,1
i got the same result of : AT+QCFG=“servicedomain” and i got 0.
i also entered in AT+CEREG=2

We can try the following two methods to help us judge

  1. We replace the SIM cards of other operators to see if the phenomenon remains and see if the problem is related to the SIM card.
  2. Change to another module to see if other modules have the same problem. This can narrow the scope of the problem and help us solve the problem.
