Sensitivity of EC200S

Hi,

we are using the EC200S for bands 31 and 72.

One of our customers complained regarding the sensitivity. With RSRP values ~-110dBm, the registration to the network fails in >70%.

In my eyes, -110dBm is quite bad. Anyway, I did not find some sensitivity values in the specification documents for the EC200S. Is there something specified? And can the sensitivity somehow improved?

Another modem (BG95-M4) shows a better performance for the same bands for these bad values ~-110dBm. I guess this is related to the fact that LTE-M is narrow-band, and the technology itself allows better sensitivity.

Yes, the level of -110 is very poor. In this scenario, it is easy to have abnormal events such as failure to connect and disconnection. Please confirm that the antenna is connected correctly.
