Sending SMS with BC95

I would like to test the networks SMS support but can’t figure out the right AT-commands for sending SMS’s from an NB-IoT module.

I think I read that for NB-IoT modules SMS needs to be sent in PDU, is this correct?
I try setting it with AT+CMGF=0 I get an ERROR message.
Furthermore what should be the right command to send SMS? The manual gives AT+CMGS but I don’t understand how to use it correctly.

Could you provide an example of sending and reading SMS via BC95-B20?
