Send Data with AG15

Hello guys, I have 2 UMTS&LTE EVB with AG15.
How can I send data between the two? For example sending a file. What do I need?

AG15 is a v2x module which follow D2D（PC5 mode）protocol，and need to be used with external AP, for example imx6 and imx8 。
