Select specfic IP Address Quectel RM520N-GL modem SE06 Pro Suncomm

Greetings

Version :RM520NGLAAR01A08M4G_01.200.01.200

I need your support , I have router 5g Suncomm router SE06 Pro with modem RM520N-Gl
mostly it gave me high ping around 35ms or 30ms but one day it gave me a good ping around 18 ms with this IP address (wan IP address as attached in picture)
After some time, the IP changed and the ping became higher. I tried many ways to select a specific IP or get a lower ping, but I couldn’t.

Please help me or advise me (video for my router setting attached)

Please support in this above topic … and if its not possible, My SIM operator is providing IPV6 how I can connect on IPV6 only without IPV4
