AT+QFOTADL and QFlash tool using delta upgrade and full upgrade files respectively.
Are these upgrade files signed or protected in any way? Does the FOTA command verify that the images are provided by Quectel?
I just want to make sure that if someone compromises the upgrade file, by braking to my ftp server or in any other way, the upgrade won’t happen and will be detected by the AT command or QFlash tool if used.
Are there any guidelines on how to secure the modem in the field?

About your question, please note that no matter DFOTA or Qflash tool to upgrade the module firmware, they are all safety enough. For your FTP server, you can use your private username and password, and save the file in special path, these information will not share with others, right ?
For the DFOTA package, provided by Quectel, and also have measure to protect it. You also don not need to worry about it. Thanks!
