SC66 Safe Operating Temperature

Hi Team,

The Hardware Design Document mentions the operating temperature of SC66 as given below:

here I would like to know what is the operating temperature range of the internal PMIC PM660 and PM660L.
Also, what is the safe and optimal operating temperature of the SC66 after which active cooling with a cooling Fan needs to be activated?

This data refers to the ambient temperature. The maximum temperature that the CPU can work even reach 110 degrees. But in fact, the software also has a temperature control mechanism. When a certain temperature is reached, different cooling strategies will be adopted, such as frequency reduction and core shutdown. Whether to add physical cooling measures depends on your application scenario. The goal is to make the CPU never reach the temperature of frequency reduction or core shutdown. This is a complex debugging and may require thermal simulation.
