Hello,

We need to use SC20-AL IC powering with Buck regulator (12V to 3.8V) and Back up Battery with internal charger.
When 12V disconnection, SC20 should work with Back up battery and when 12V is connected IC should work from Buck regulator and battery charge using internal IC charger.
Let us know how to use the IC.
Please provide internal architecture of SC20 about PMU to understand more for design.

 The BUCK circuit cannot charge the battery. If you only supply power to the battery, the battery can be directly connected to the VBAT pin of the module, and the module can charge the battery.
If you use external 12V power supply, the SC20 module needs to be set with external charging, and cannot use the internal charging of the module.
