SC20: Center GND pad

Hi

Just want to know, in technical term, to design the SC20 as a product. If center ground pad not use (NC), Any interference issue significantly consequencing to the IC performance?

In general, If the centre ground pad(GND) do not connect to GND, they will affect heat dissipation. If they just NC pad, just reserved.
