SC20-CE stuck in cdma

Hi,
So i have device iKos K7 which has SC20-CE Chip. When changing network settings of the devices I switched it to CDMA mode to check if the network provider is pushing more signals on cdma. Not knowing that it would get stuck in that mode and signals will go out and i won’t be able to change the network anymore. checked chatgpt and it mentioned it some coma mode that the device has gone into and its some 9008 error which the chip stops talking to the modem.

I can’t find any factory reset feature in the device app. I can’t find any firmwire on the internet. Please help

Please provide the IMEI1 number for the SC20 module you used,
and the OS version, your E-mail.

awesome, thank you kline for the firmwire. how will i flash it. what tool should i use.

I had sent the download tool and the guidance docment to your E-amil.
please check

thank you so much. i flashed it twice but the now the device is in 9091 mode. its not even responsive now. the lights don’t turn on and it doesn’t even connect to the app through bluetooth. i tried restarting it muliple times and leaving it on for a while for it to let it boot and process all its data

9091 means the module work normlly, because the firmware we provide is Quectel official firmware.
If you want to let your device works normally, you should get the firmware for the iKos K7’s company

yes I understand Kline. to be honest you were my only hope to recover this device. As all the support channels of ikos company has responded that they don’t have the firmwire for the device but they keep on selling something for which they can’t provide support. its a paper weight now. first it was stuck in cdma mode where it turned off all its options such as wifi and gsm scanning. now its not responding to the apps protocol because it had some modified firmwire which isn’t available.
