Hello, I can’t get the RM500Q-GL mounted on RMU500-EV to work on a Windows 11 PC. I installed the driver setup provided. It is not fully recognized by the device manager: I can see the AT port, the DM port, and the modem port, but there is still an “unknown device RM500Q-GL.”
Can you help me?

Please check AT+QCFG=“usbnet” .
Which driver do you use?
Actually, use AT port, you can communicate with modem.
