Any ideas? I’ve already tried factory reset and full reflash, but nothing to do. Only with R01 firmware it uses 5G NSA band

Just an update.. 5G doesn’t seem to work only on TIM\Vodafone Italy, while is working on Wind3 Italy.
Do you have put any restrict on carrier?

We don’t have restrict on carrier.
As mentioned before, it is not recommended to upgrade from R01 to R02.

Why not?

And why R02 works with Wind3 but not with Tim/Vodafone?

There should be some sort of restrictions

I would try swapping the mbn files of interest between the R01 and R02 as a test or testing with Row commercial profile

As mentioned before, it is not recommended to upgrade from R01 to R02.
We are not sure whether it has some unexpected behavior after upgrade.

From software, we didn’t add any restrictions.

There should be something that prevent the model to send NR5G bearer configuration.

Is it possible to run a debug on DIAG so you can understand why?
