RM521 getting slower speeds than RM520

I installed my new RM521 today and I do see 3 connections now instead of 2 (AT+QCAINFO), however it seems my speeds if anything have actually decreased. Any ideas or thoughts? This is on T-Mobile fbb.home using a 3rd party box (AliExpress from Mcuzone with 2.5Gbs Ethernet)

APN, IMEI, TTL, all set like before and tried NR5G and Auto as well as NSA and only SA

Another random question but if I set the APN to “IP” (ipv4 only) and reboot when do I still have a IPV6 address listed unter AT+QMAP=“WWAN”.

By setting NR5G SA disabled and using NSA I can connect to 2 B66 channels at 20Mhz and 1 NR5G 41 band this appears to be the best combination for my deployment as it gets on average 400+Mb download and consistant 50+ Mb upload all with decent ping times.
