I need a copy of the latest firmware for the RM521. I set the module to RNDIS mode and now am unable to issue AT commands. I figure the firmware flash will allow me to reset and allow me to issue AT commands. Thanks!
It is because that the RNDIS mode is not compatible with the other mode.
You have to unistall the NDIS driver and install the RNDIS driver.
This s the RNDIS driver.

if is still not working,please pulgin the device on a Linux PC and change the usbnet mode back to NDIS(usbnet 0) mode,
