RM520N-GLAP emergency mode

Hello,

I have RM520N-GLAP-M20-SGASA (pcie only) that suddenly not detected via pcie in linux or windows. can I get the software to load via emergency mode QDLoader for windows 10. i was able to short 2 pin and for to QDloader mode. Please provide the firmware too.

I am unable to retrieve any info from rm520n-glap. What pins to short for factory reset? Thanks.
