RM520N-GL with wrong 5g-nsa mode detected

Hello

I’m using 2 RM520N-GL UE modules with a 5G srsran gnb on n78band. I use MBIM and the 2 UEs have been upgraded to firmware RM520NGLAAR03A03M4G_A0.301.A0.301.

One of the UE can’t connect and gets the following output with 5g-nsa data class while the gNB is 5G-SA:

---- mbimcli -p -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --attach-packet-service
[/dev/cdc-wdm0] Successfully attached to packet service

[/dev/cdc-wdm0] Packet service status:
Network error: ‘none’
Packet service state: ‘attached’
Available data classes: ‘5g-nsa’
Uplink speed: ‘1497000000 bps’
Downlink speed: ‘3951000000 bps’
---- mbimcli -p -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --connect=session-id=0,access-string=streaming,ip-type=ipv4
error: operation failed: InvalidParameters

Here are the info on the UE:

I tried this type of reset but the problem is the same once I reconfigure DNN and NSSAI.

OK

What should I do to fix this issue ?

Best,
Thierry

Dear @turletti
From log, the device had registered on SA.
Please configure AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref”,LTE:NR5G and power off/on .
