Newest a08 firmware rm520n-gl wifi router is losing internet connection when on 5g SA works fine on NSA tmobile network. m.2 rj45 kit with ip passthrough enabled. I’m unable to regain internet connection until i pull power and reboot modem. works fine for a few hours sometimes longer and then my modem and wifi router loses connection. If i disable 5G SA it works just fine with 5g Nsa. Is anyone else having these problems?

I’m experiencing the exact same issues. Works 100% when locked to NSA only, but will frequently disconnect when on 5G SA (T-Mobile). I noticed that this typically happens when I do something bandwidth intensive such as running speed tests. Just like in your situation only a power cycle will bring it back online.
M.2 to RJ45 kit, no ip passthrough. Firmware is RM520NGLAAR01A08M4G. Is this the lastest available? I’m wondering if it’s a bug with revision. Anyone else on other firmware experiencing the same?

@dexter_labrooy1 @tomt Are you using a phone SIM or a data or hotspot specific SIM? Some carriers have detectors on 5G bands. When you use NSA, the primary band could be a LTE.
