I used the RM520N-GL modem until 3 days ago without any problems. Today I get the error message:
“The device cannot be started. (Code 10) Insufficient system resources to complete the API.”
To specify the problem, I have installed the necessary drivers for Windows on my 2nd computer. Unfortunately, I have the same error message there too.
In addition, I cannot send any commands via the QCOM_V1.6 software. Opening the port works perfectly. As soon as I send an AT command, nothing happens.
