does the RM520N-GL support Ethernet PDU Session and/or Unstructured PSU Session?
If so, how do I activate either of them?

It supports Ethernet PDU session, but it used for 5G LAN.
Do you network support 5G LAN？
At this time I use an private network. My colleagues and I are working close with the network’s technical staff to check if the neccessary options can be implemented in the network’s core.
We are still looking into possible use cases.
