Rm520n-gl no_device_support

Mikrotik ATL with RM520N-GL getting mbim error “NO_DEVICE_SUPPORT”, running 1A07M4G 01.200.01.200 would a firmware upgrade cure this?

About once per day this error occurs and causes lte1 interface to go down and base station registration to reestablish

Could I get the dfota file for 1A07M4G 01.200.01.200 → 1A08M4G_01.206.01.206

Carrier is Spark New Zealand, any other suggestions are appreciated

@silvia @aghelan_loga @Jonathan.wang also enabled extended LTE logging, hoping to capture additional logs around the time of loss of registration, waiting for development board delivery but if dfota upgrade is possible via AT commands I can attempt the update sooner

For 1A07M4G 01.200.01.200 → 1A08M4G_01.206.01.206, it need time to apply.

hi silvia, what about dfota 1A07M4G 01.200.01.200 → 1A08M4G_01.203.01.203 and also 1A08M4G_01.203.01.203 → 1A08M4G_01.206.01.206 ? i can do it in 2 steps, or I can wait for 1A07M4G 01.200.01.200 → 1A08M4G_01.206.01.206 to be ready. Thank you.
