yes, i got it. However, I don’t know how to refresh the firmware, after I switch the module to rndis mode and install the latest driver, I still can’t connect to the serial port under Windows

You need to install minicom, for at commands on Linux.

What firmware version did you get, and what drivers?

I also need the latest drivers for Windows and the latest firmware if there is one more recent than RM520NGLAAR01A06M4G.

Also I would be happy about up-to-date documentation, the AT-Command list I have is from RM500, with this I am unsure if everything is still correct.

Currently, we use Qfirehose to upgrade in Linux, please ignore Qflsh and use QFirehose.
